Day 01 :

Arrival in Cusco

Welcome to the Andes! Arrival at Cusco Airport and transfer to your hotel. Take the rest of the day to rest and begin acclimatizing to the altitude.

Day 02 :

Cusco City Tour & Acclimatization

In the morning, enjoy a guided walking tour through Cusco’s historic center and archaeological sites. Easy pace to help adjust to the altitude.

Day 03 :

Machu Picchu Full Day

Early train ride to Aguas Calientes and guided tour of the iconic Machu Picchu. Return in the evening to spend the night in the mountain village of Aguas Calientes.

Day 04 :

Sacred Valley & Return to Cusco

Morning visit to archaeological sites and local markets in the Sacred Valley. Return to Cusco in the afternoon for a culinary experience and overnight stay.

Day 05 :

Rainbow Mountain Half Day & Free Afternoon

Early departure to Vinicunca (Rainbow Mountain) for a short but scenic hike. Return to Cusco for a relaxing afternoon and final evening in the city.

Day 06 :

Departure

Transfer to the airport for your flight out of Cusco.

1. Will I be affected by the altitude?

Cusco is located at over 3,300 meters (11,000 ft), so mild altitude symptoms are common. The itinerary includes an acclimatization day and moderate activities at the beginning to help your body adjust.

2. What level of fitness is required?

Most of the trip involves walking and light hiking. The Rainbow Mountain hike is short but steep; it’s optional and suitable for people with a moderate fitness level.

3. Do I need to book Machu Picchu tickets in advance?

No need to worry—tickets and logistics for Machu Picchu are included and managed by our team. We recommend booking the trip at least 2 months in advance to ensure availability.
